BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RECIEVED FROM MRPRICE ONLINE STORE

Hi Peter , I write this with great sadness as I did not recieve what Mrprice promised me . I ordered 14 pairs of boots on the Mrprice Online store and later recieved an email stating that my order is "locked in" and now when they're supposed to deliver they are suddenly "out of stock" but stock was available on the app when i ordered ,normally if there's no stock i wouldn't have been to place an order in the 1st place. I do not want a refund, may they please deliver on the boots i ordered .
