Bad customer service received from manager

Currently at Mr Price Irene Village Mall Wanted to buy 2 t-shirts that were under the promotional items Manager Zama was extremely rude and told us she will fight us because she refused to sell the promotional item under the price it was allocated. She told us it was another customers fault that the item was placed there. She then left the till and did not attend us. She and the consultant at the till caused a scene to embarrass us in the presence of other customers. They were so rude using appalling names to disrespect us.
