BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - PATHETIC SERVICE

I don't even feel like giving this 1 star rating!!!! There customer service is worst of the worst. Since when is a service provider for a mobile service only working till certain hours and not working on Sundays. I've canceled my contract with MRP Mobile, after which they deactivated my number; NOT transferring to pay as you Go as they told me, NO they just DEACTIVATE it. I run a business from this number. Now they want to tell me their IT side only works till 5 weekdays, till 1 on Saturdays and NOT at all on Sundays. Really that's now what you call CUSTOMER CARE!

CUSTOMER CARE does not exist by MRP Please do not give them the right to sell any more mobile services as they are not worthy of it. Please close down their mobile site.
