Bad customer service on Social Media

Complaint w.r.t. Mr Price Sport – Brooklyn Mall.

I've complained about this many times in the past, but nothing has changed.

There are never tiny bags in this store. I paid R6.99 for a large bag containing two shorts this morning. I had to pay R7,00. This isn't going to happen that I am paying R7,00 for a bag since this store never have small bags. The correct amount was R6.90. But I want my money back, along with all the prior large bags I purchased from this store, for R7,00.
