Bad customer service / no after sales
I bought a shoe in April , it’s hardly worn and the shoe is not even worn out , took it to Mr Price kids cosmo , they kept it for 5 days and just received a call that I will not be assisted I should have brought back the shoe to the store within 30 days of purchase . Make it make sense to me how was I supposed to return it if it wasn’t damaged by then
I called the Headoffice landline and I had to hold for 19minutes , what **** service is that ??very very bad service that I received from the customer service line also
Poor service knowing that I buy at Mr Price every second week
