Bad customer service. MR PRICE MAPONYA MALL

I visited Mr Price at Maponya mall to buying a gift card, I handed both my account and ID at the same time because its not my first time buying a gift time with my account, the store needs my Id to verify the account holder pefore proceeding with the purchase , the guy who was assisting me then called the supervisor by the name of lungile who was rude and started interrogating me why I am creating a gift card if i have a card, i responded by saying is what i am doing ******* ? She told me she has to ask this was news to me as i have done this before , i told her the only thing you need to do is verify my account theres no need for you to ask me silly questions then she looked at my id and looked at me and laughed as if theres something wrong with my account the same supervisor lungile left and proceeded to assist other clients and ask the poor guy to call Mapule to assist i am suprised that Maponya mall has appointed an arrogant supervisor whos not customer experienced , what will she teach new employees to be rude and respect customers wow
