BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL IT A SERVICE

Most Unhelpfull Call Center ever, on the 23rd of Match 2022 I complained about ***** that was done on my account, and they were going to take 30 days to investigate and come back to me. Day 32 down the line and calls there's still no feedback and you can't speak directly to the ***** department. I'm being told to rather send another email hopefully it will be answered. What a Joke...........
