Bad customer service i have ever come across

I regret to do my shopping at Mr Price South dale branch. I advice no one to ever try shopping there. I ran around looking for a certain dress I saw on line. I went to few malls they didn't have, fortunately I found it at South dale, then I requested for a set aside to collect the next day with some few clothes for my baby which were all bungled together on elastic band but when I went to collect I only found the rest but the dress I died for was swapped with another size and no one accounted for that. I am extremmmly disappointed! Even now I received no call from the branch manager as she promised. Somewhere last year , I went to shop the same branch one of the tellers swiped the other customers card for my sale , I immediately told her I didn't pay and she looked at my slip she realised she swiped an account card and I was paying cash it was just a mess. so guys be careful with Southdale branch!!!!!
