Bad customer service/ Great service

I went into Mr price clothing at Sammy marks for winter shopping. The shop wasn't too packed but in the queue we were about 10 customers upstairs. There was only 1cashier and I friendly asked some very light skinned short guy upstairs if he was able to call more cashier's because I was Soo pressed with pee. 1st I greeted him he didn't respond and he said to me in a very rude manner that NO WE DONT HAVE MORE CASHIERS GO DOWNSTAIRS 😳😳. ONLY to find the queue worse but atleast the cashier was moving it.

The bad customer service I received from that guy I felt like why I'm I leaving my hard earned money in a store where I fell like it's not needed while I can take it to the other Mr Price clothing.
