Bad customer service from Zanele Eastgate Mall

Visited the Eastgate Mall Mr Price on the 10th August, was assisted by a lady called Zanele. Her service was disgusting and bad attitude. She was rude when spoke to her she'd speak under her tounge, purposely took her own sweet time to serve customers. As if that was not enough took a set of bras that were not discounted on the system, without any explanations left us standing there while our clothes fell of the plastic she had packed fully. She then gave us the incorrect size instead, which we can't exchange now. If you still have such employees at your stores, then sadly il never go back there. She needs to learn to respect other people and love the job or give it to people who need the job.
