BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BRONKHORSTSPRUIT LANHAM STREET BRANCH

I am not usually a person to complain about customer service, but I am a resident in Bronkhorstspruit for 37 years, I was a local customer since Mr. Price clothing has opened their doors in Bronkhorspruit years ago. But the last few years especially since last year, the assistants at the counter and at the shelves, are rude to me, I am not sure whether it is of my skin color or exactly what the problem is, there are not a lot of white people that go to shop there because of safety issues in Lanham Street, but like today I had no choice to go to Mr. price, their customer service is rude, and it is that way every time I go to that shop, I will greet friendly and they will look at you with hate and will not greet you at all, they will take their time to ring up my 3 items, and when you greet good by - NO ANSWER - NOW I CAN UNDERSTAND IF ONE PERSON IS RUDE, BUT ALL OF THE ASSISTANCE, AS IF WHITE PEOPLE CAN'T BE IN THEIR SHOP, THE ONLY FRIENDLY PERSON IN THAT WHOLE PLACE WAS THE SECURITY CARD AT THE DOOR WHO SOFTLY REMINDED ME TO KEEP MY BAG AND HANDBAG TIGHTLY AS I GET OUT OF THE SHOP, I WAS NOT RAISED TO BE RUDE TOWARDS ANY PERSON, AND I MYSELF WORK WITH CUSTOMERS EVERY DAY, I TREAT MY CUSTOMERS ACCORDINGLY, AND IF I WAS RUDE TO ANY MR PRICE ASSISTANT, I WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD WHY THEY ARE AS THEY HAVE BEEN, BUT I AM SORRY TO TELL EVERY ONE OF YOU AT MR PRICE BRONKHORSTPRUIT, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW BAD YOU MAKE IT FOR US TO SHOP THERE, AND EVEN IF YOU MIGHT LAUGH AT ME KNOW, I WANT YOU TO KNOW, I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT MR PRICE BRONKHORSTSRUIT LANHAM STREET. THEY ARE RUDE, UNHELPFULL, AND JUST PRETEND YOU DO NOT EXIST, IF YOU ASK FOR HELP THEY DON'T ANSWER YOU, AND JUST TAKE WHAT EVER YOU NEED OF THE SHELVES ON TOP IF YOU SAY THANK YOU STILL NO ANSWER, I AM SORRY BUT IT IS REALLY BAD ....AND I DO NOT THINK MANY OF US THAT HAS SUPPORTED THAT SHOP OVER THE YEARS DESERVES THAT KIND OF RUDNESS NO MATTER WHAT YOUR SKIN COLOR.
