BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MRP TYGERVALLEY

I'm disgusted and disappointed with the horrible customer service from the manager at Mr Price in Tygervalley. The website says they close at 7PM today and my sick father fetched me all the way in town and drove me here to get shoes and a pants urgently for New Years day. To my surprise I get there and the store is just closing. I request from the security at the door if I can come in as I came all the way from the CBD not knowing they would close at 5 as the website clearly states 7!!! So then she declined and I asked for the manager hoping I could reason with her. She declines my request as well and then asks what I want to buy. I explain that I need shoes and a pants that I've already verified that they had in stock online. She then listens and then still declines and says I can't enter as they are closed. Then why ask what I need!? I then left very upset and unsatisfied at her customer service, even after explaining my situation to her. A big waste of my time and petrol!!!! Zero customer service and zero understanding from a customers point of view.
