BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I always buy clothes from MR Price for years and i'm not the person to return items.I . believe I'm royal customer to the brand but TODAY at the GLEN Branch jhb from the time I inter acted with the desk consultant I don't think I was valued as a customer And when I explained that the gold T-shirt I brought in December had n manufacture problem I was told by the Assistant manager Sibongile who has no management skills and she's not even professional that I mixed it with something red and she said she's not going to exchange it and I was lying and threw the t-shirt back at me .......BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
