Bad Customer service

On the 30th of October 2020. I went to Mr Price at south gate mall to do sum shopping. When I was about to drink my energy drink that was in my squeeze bottle. A lady came to me she was wearing her uniform and didn't have name tag on. She said I'm not allowed to drink alcohol in the shop. She topped it up and said I'm drunk. When I asked for her Name tag she said she going to call for back up. Her name is Rhandzu. She then went to call her friend Rejinah and a security guard. When Rejinah came she started making noise and saying why I'm I drunk in the shop. I asked her if they have tested me. I started recording all what they were saying . They started calling me names (sdakwa ndini). I asked to talk with their supervisor Tshidi. When they called Rejinah and Rhandzu to the office they both took off their mask and started changing the story forgetting that Iv recorded them. Tshidi said she will talk with the big bosses on Monday morning and the will give me a call around 11. They never called till now
