Bad customer service

My mother went to zevenwacht mall Mr price to buy some clothes she gets at the tills n asked a few questions to the casher. The cashier r got upset n through my mother's money in her face. Cashiers name is Voijo. The supervisor on duty laughed my mother out. What type of customer service does Mr Price give to there customers. The manager wasn't even on duty n they didn't want to give the manager contact details. I sent an email on Monday already to Mr price n no response. I have my own business n my moto is customer is king without them I won't earn anymore. But Mr price workers don't think that.
