Bad customer service

I went to Mr Price today to get my laybye. I paid got the slip and I was told to wait someone will go get my stuff. I waited and waited as I confronted the lady and told her I was getting late for work she just said someone will go get my laybye. When the guy finally came he also went on to take his time getting my package. Finally when my things came after checking them I go on to buy a plastic bag to put my things in the lady assisted the people who were on the queue first before helping me then she went on to take the money for the plastic bag gave me the change without giving me the plastic bag Worst experience ever
