Bad customer service

Two ques were created for the day for cash and for card payment and there was no communication done by cashiers,waited in a long que only to be told that they not taking cards I should go stand in a que for cards and that side there was also a que and the cashier did not bother to inform clients that were waiting in a card que that she is sending clients that have been long in a wrong que. Mr Price service is always disappointing when it comes to que management
