Bad customer service(disgusted)

Goodday My name is Nomonde,I went to exchange clothes and i did not have a card with me, but has a receipt, and I was told that they needed the card and the card holder, and the person was given bad attitude and I tried to explain that the clothes were a gift, and I am not asking for a refund but I just want to exchange the clothes, even the other lady on the floor said they cannot assist me,but the funny part was I went to Mr Price in Maponya and they were willing to assist me, the problem was I could not get the correct size, so I decided to go to town only to be given a Bad Customer Service.so my question is do Mr Prices have different policies when it comes to assisting their customer, I am ****ed even now, cos the size that I got was the last size, only to be told that I needed to produce a card because the clothes were not bought on cash, but with a card, Really Mr Price!!!
