Bad customer service

The service I received at Mr price mams mall was appalling. After standing in a long quee when I got to the till and asked to make a laybye the cashier by the name of Freda with a very bad attitude said the laybye system is off line when I asked her for how long has it been off line she said "only now when you want to make a laybye" this lady did not even attempt to log onto the system to check If the laybye was indeed off line, this is not the first time that this has happened it is a norm at Mr price mams mall for their laybye system to be off line. This is a very terrible customer service and experience.
