BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to MRP in Brits Mall on 28/07/2020 around 15:05pm and there was ONE person serving. The line to go pay was so long yet no one deemed it urgent to come and assist us. While we were waiting, TWO staff announcements were made for people to report to the front but none came. The staff kept asking each other where other people were and one staff member rep**** that they were in the stock room. It is fully understandable that every organization has administrative duties BUT NOT AT THE EXPENSE of customer service. This lack of prioritizing customers left a bitter bitter taste.
