Bad customer service

I bought a jeans and a necklace on Saturday. They charged me with both items but only placed my jeans in the bag. When I came home I saw that the necklace was not in the bag. I immediately called customer service TWICE as I was running late to return to store, they have redirected my call to mr price promenade and no one answered. I've called this morning again straight through to customer service this place me on hold for a long period of time and the call gets drop
