Bad customer service by the security

The above mentioned store has a lady who works there as a security guard. Recently she's training another young rude lady. I don't have their names as they don't even wear name badges.

The store and staff as a whole is perfect and helpful. The problem is the cream of the store. Maybe she didn't know that by standing in the door you represent the shop as whole. There's a lady, security lady who stand by the door. She's very very rude and doesn't have customer service and respect. She's always eating chappies when talking to the customers. She doesn't address you well,when you enter the store instead of greeting you she says "hey wena" means hey you...bring the plastic want to seal it...no greetings or ask how are you.

The second time I visit was going to exchange,came with the smile before I can even greet she said return or exchange. I said hi she repeated roughly I said exchange or return!....

My last visit instead of greeting me when I leave the store she says hello I rep**** hi then she used "Tsonga" language when I tell her that I don't you understand the language you speaking,I asked the other one she's training they all rep**** with The Tsonga and speak amongst others with that language and laugh at me was standing there watching then then the other lady said give him his things to go, she laughed and did and say thank you for your support.

They don't even have names or name badges. They rude and always eating chappies...how can you assist customers while eating chappies,it is very rude and she's rude. We need to feel welcome and enjoy our shopping. She's standing by the door to welcome customers with the smile and makes the feel at home not only to check if we don't *****...
