BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day Last year December the 20th I bought myself a pair of pajamas at Mr. price in dobsonville mall. The following day two items were returned, two days later I went to another store to do an exchange. I wasn't helped as the system was giving an error message that I had returned too many items which wasn't true. Any who I had to go home as it was December holidays, I tried to exchange at home the same error message appeared. I came back to Jozi. I was at Westgate mall and tried to do the exchange again with no luck. They advised me to go to the initial branch to be assisted. Yesterday i went to dobsonville mall for a refund, i was taken from pillar to post by a lady who wasn't wearing a uniform. I believe she's the manager or something because she was called to authorize. She said the pajamas were worn. Why am I returning them now? They kept laughing with her staff, she called the lady by the name of TINYIKO who works at the pajamas section the lady advised that the color of the pants faded whereas the price tag was still attached to the set she also said that she doesn't have those pajamas nor remember having them. I was made fun of for an hour just for a simple thing. Tinyiko was very rude when I asked her if the pajamas are not attached, if it's not the same as the one I brought back she gave me attitude and came with me to the front to go tell her peers and they all laughed at me like I was a clown.THE TREATMENT I GOT FROM MR PRICE DOBSONVILLE WAS VERY VERY BAD.I ended up taking another set where i had to top, is this the kind of service one should expect from mr price?
