Bad customer service

I was disgusted by one of your cashiers Bekithemba who was assisting customers from the back of the queue just because they we couldn't hear him say next he continued to say us customers in front of the queue are sleeping he has no time for sleeping customers he's not even considereding the fact that he is wearing a musk while saying I'm definitely not coming back to such a store we're I m not value.
