Bad Customer Service at Mr Price Jabulani Mall

On the (04/05/26) Went to Mr Price at Jabulani Mall, the manager who was not wearing a name tag refused to give me a refund. She told me that I should return the items where I bought them(Maponya) mall. She’s not going to take the items “at her store” items that were bought the previous day , I still had the slip, very bad service the manager is very rude. She didn’t even greet me.
