Bad customer service at Mr price Delmas

I visited mr price Delmas on the 23 December 2021. Even after I noticed that the phone I wanted was not priced according to the advert I saw, i decided to contiñue with the purchase beçause I thought it's a regional offer. I am from Cape Town . That was a huge mistake!. I waited for more than 30min in quee when I reached the tellers I was told towaitagain while they fetched it from the back. I waited a further 10 Min until I intervened and demanded to be served since no one was going to fetch the phone. Only then the lady went to the backing less than 3 minutes she returned to say the phone is not available. I never felt so disgusted in my life. Clearly customer service training is not offered to this staff? ,I don't think I will ever go back there
