Bad Customer service and support
<p>I am so dissapointed and livid with 1 of your stores in Carlswald!!I arrived at 17H55 from work,rushing to get my boy slippers for the Campaign tommorrow(slippers day).already the doors were locked but people still shopping.I.pleaded to get in just so.my son can also participate at nursery for the cause but NO!!They looked at me,and continued to carry on with nothing for 20mins..One.customer pleaded with them to open up but they refused..<br />The shop.closes at 6pm but already doors were closed before time and the customer service received was just terrible.Im just so dissapointed really!!</p>
