Bad customer service and *****

So let's explain the story from the start. some person from Mr price called me to offer me a SIM card which I can top up airtime from my Mr price account. no where was it said that monthly 100 rand would be deducted from my account. I fought with them about this and they removed me from the subscription which was ********** because I did not agree to it. I received my statement last week and it still showed that subscription on my account they then told me that it will only be effective end of this month. that is fine with what they did they did commit ***** but ok but my real problem is that they deducted hundred from my Mr price account money each month which is ********** because who gave him the authority to do that and now they will not give me that money back and that is my problem
