Bad customer service and close account

I have tried to close my account many times from 3 months back, I have contacted you guys, went to the store completed the settlement or close account form, sent an email and no one takes me seriously instead when we come to the store the Agents just stand there not assisting clients busy talking about other people and customers while only one consultant is working. I have received a lot of bad customer service. I do not want anything from you guys, you need to close this account due to bad customer services.
