Bad customer service

I have been trying to call two of their branches (Clearwater and westgate)to enquire about a dress I want with no luck both stores are not answering and I tried calling the contact centre and their number is not going through .It has really inconvenienced me because I went to westgate and they dont have stock while online shows they have stock.
