Bad customer service

I AM sooooo not happy with MRP shame. last month i went to MRP in wonderboom junction, my account was paid off and i asked for the cancellation form and i ticked off all the insurances, they told me it will be cancelled in 30 days, but to my surprise, i got my account statement they charged me for those insurances still, like ***??, please i'd rather buy cash, plz cancel my account IMMEDIATELY
