Bad customer service

Service terrible. Tried to return a product that clearly is at fault. The manager was rude and just unreasonable. The shoes were worn and that how got damaged... but I mean not after less that two months. Manger was rude and didn't want to reason .. then I call the head office to enquire about return policy and I get told to hold for 30 mins and boom line gets cut.. Typical!!!! Bad staff and bad service from your call center! will never return the store.
