bad customer service
<p>Yesterday the 20th of May I went to ur Chatsworth branch lookn for a boots I ask one of the staff to fone anada store for it I den took the fone and spoke to the girl Dr myself telln her to set it aside for me the assistance manager joannie govender dn came and started scearmning and da boy dat helped me in front of everyone askn him y he gave me the fone and threated to gve him a warning Wat flippen customers service is dat she has no manners Wat so ever hw did she ever be cum a assistance manager if she doesn't kw hw to treat her staff she is rude and has so respect for her staff and her customer I'm sad to say dis but the customer service in Chatsworth sucks and joannie govender sud be fired </p>
