Bad customer service

<p>Went to Jabulani Mall @Mr Price this afternoon around 2 o'clock to bring my mothers cell phone,we waited in line for about 30 minute without anyone caming to help me and my mother...when someone then came to help us another lady cut through the line without any explanation from the person who was suppose to be helping us,I just don't understand how they operate at Mr Price course one person is doing everything ...when it was finally our turn to be helped we explained the situation of the cell phone to that lady,then she calls someone on the phone after that she tells us that she can't help us course where she was calling they saying they offline...what I'm asking is how is that any of our problem??I went there to be helped and not wanting to know about they problems...After standing in line for so many minutes then they gonna tell me that they can't help me?That's nonsense serious course it was a waste of my time,and I can't keep on going back and forth because of they stupid useless cell phones that they sell over the phone...They shouldn't sell them if they won't have a **** solution when they start giving a problem,it's hardly 3 months that my mother has this stupid phone but it's already not working nonsense maan #Mrpriceservicemustfall#nevergoingthereagain</p>
