Bad Customer service.

I bought a lipstick in stock which was described "Ultra matte" in store. To my surprise the lipstick in nothing matte when app**** on. It shines and does not even dry. I wrote to their complaint department and was told to return the lipstick but I was told I cannot return beauty products in the same store I bought the lipstick. They have been giving me the runaround since and have therefore to refused to give me a refund or take back their product.
