Bad customer service

Received really bad service at Mr price at Zevenwacht mall, I did make a lay buy on the 10/04/2022, and on Friday the 10/06/2022 I wanted to take the lay buy out. So the cashier who helped me when to go looked for the lay buy but when she returned you've could see a strange look on her face. No communication. She went back there after a few minutes she came back again to say they still looking they could not find the lay buy. We went from there to other shops to give them enough time to search for the lay bye. As we returned the cashier was back on the till with no lay bye with her all she said they couldn't find the lay bye. How ********* no customer service and what makes it bad because the manager was standing there she didn't come to apologize for the inconvenience the shop has causing. My time was wasted to drive all the way there for nothing and to get there the stuff that you wanted you even put a deposit on it was not there anymore. I was really ****ed off. Because you could see how the other cashiers was talking with their manager included that it's my fault. Really had customer service, poor communication & unfriendly staff
