Bad customer service

Hi I just went into this store Mr price in queensmead in Umbilo.. I just wanted only sandals.. I took them went to there counter.. This assistant called Mbali.. Gave her 50 bucks no changed. And I asked her for my changed she just looked me and walked away.. I called her my change.. She insisted Dat She gave me.. I can't even explain the additude Dat she gave me.. Store manager came check the money and she was over... Then she gave the money not even a good apology because why? I don't look like I have money... The quality of the service I got there was horrible.. I felt like a theif R20. 00..Customer service manual that's wat they need in Dat store.. I have worked at a store Dat additude they gave me I don't deserve it.. But I totally understand why the underestimate me am I won't ever go back too Dat store
