Bad customer service

They denied me to fit a dress that is cream white in color here at Mr price Kanyamazane but I was able to fit it at Mr price Nelspruite. The lady told me that Mr price Kanyamazane have their own rules that is not the same with other branches of Mr Price stores. I am so disappointed.
