Bad customer service

One thing about the mrprice sammy marks square in Pretoria is lack of customer service, bad attitude and the most terrible customer safety. This store makes it difficult to shop especially after 5pm. The floor is wet , they cleaning with no "wet floor sign" you can't even get an item off the rail cause it will seem like disrespect stepping while someone is cleaning. Now this is nothing compare to lack of customer service, I was on a que upstairs and while there was a "vip customer" who had 3 people assisting her because the whole shop knows her I was told to go pay downstairs. When I got, the item i was buying had no tag, the cashier said I shoud go back upstairs and get one with a tag, aibo. Is it my responsibility to make sure that items are tagged in store? When I refused she then put my item aside and called the next customer. When I refused to step aside she then said the store microphone is not working therefore I have to wait for someone to appear by the rails because everyone is busy and they can't shout out a person. As I waited a guy whom I forgot the name went to call someone. While waiting for a code, another cashier made a remark like "nna re tlo Tena ke motho obatlo aparang bodycot dress" which is a dress I was buying. And I wondered exactly what kind of customers are supposed to annoy them? The ones who buy 20 items? Or maybe they have vip customers 🤔 Other cashiers were standing there laughing and singing. All this while there was a que. So much public embarrassment. I think one thing retail people tend to forget is that this industry is customer driven, the whole mission is to drive ettiquecy and efficiency but sammy marks fails when it comes to that because they tend to assume that maybe they doing a favor for a Customer. I plead with mamoleti to have her stuff check especially the attitude Take them for customer service training because at this rate, your CX is just horrible.

Side, note I need an apology from the staff in question
