Bad customer service
From the 13th of February till to date, I've been struggling to get my refund from Mr Price for a failed order. Berlin Daniels insists that there's no transaction yet the bank statement shows otherwise. If I'm asked for POP and then get that feedback, I don't get it. What a disappointment

23 Feb 2021, 21:16I've never seen such a thing. On my order history, it shows that my failed order was delivered to my home address where else I didn't receive any order. I wish someone can explain this to me, for delivery fee how can I be charged R5.00 for home delivery where else is R45.00. So, Mr Price has made a **** delivery because they banked my money for a non existing order.
