Bad customer service

I went to Mr Price in Alberton City to return some items which I purchased yesterday _ I was told that they were offline and there's nothing that they can do about it. I was very annoiyed as I had been in a very long line for a very long time only to be told that I should come back another time. It is very inconvenient _ I don't live in Alberton which means I have to spend money to go there and my time was also wasted. I am very disappointed _ how is it my fault that they were offline and why is there no alternative plan should such occur??
