Bad customer service

I went to their promenade store and they advised me to go to the Westgate store and they have the shoes I was looking for. I got there and the staff was unfriendly as the other store. And they tell me they do not have the shoes I'm looking for. Why do they tell you they have stock and then they don't. Their staff in Westgate store tells me they were lazy to call like wow. I can't believe they don't even check their store room and tell me straight they don't have it
