Bad Customer service

I went to mr price vaal mall around 17:30 and I do understand around this time the staff is busy cleaning and packing up clothes. I was looking for a shirt and I wanted to take it but the was a guy busy mopping the floor and normally if the floor is there must be a sign, and there was no sign and he told me I cannot pass there but I passed cause it was dry after doing that he told me to **** off, I was ****ed off cause that's not the language you use with customers ,that is highly unacceptable. I went and asked to see the supervisor and Innocent was called and I explained that I'm not happy the way his staff member insulted me. He did apologized but it was not sincere and I have a believe he has a bad attitude cause already you could tell the supervisor was not surprised it's him.. you really need to take your staff for customer service training, they need to understand their core duties and responsibilities, at the end of day its about customer experience so that we can still.come back .. this is so bad cause your staff is busy killing your brand . I hope something will be done before it's too late
