Bad customer service

I bought a child's two piece a check black and white skirt and a white sleeveless shirt with black bows on the front. I bought this outfit on the 7th of March 2025 and my daughter wore it once then when I washed the shirt the colour of the black bows came out and damaged the shirt.

I went to the store to return the top and I was told that I cannot return it without the slip so I told them that I know the date of the purchase so can't they check for the copy on the system or on their duplicates but an ugly attitude was given to me by the manager. I did not want a refund I just wanted an exchange. For me this was a very bad experience from Mr Price as I always buy most of my clothing there and the minute I went there to inform them about their bad quality item that I bought I just get a nasty attitude from the manager.
