Bad customer service

I bought clothes from the shop in belville outside middestad mall of more then r2000 and when i could not find my slip for 1 item to jus exchange i had to go to Mr price 4times just to constantly be told they still looking for the price tag and the worse part was wen i returned to the shop yesterday one of the sales ladys found the code so quik and the manager was basicly of no help other than hust constantly questioning me for which i bought the item making me wait a hour in the store just for her to stil let me pay a extra r10 in for the exchange and yet the initial item i bought was r100 and the exchanged item was r80 , the item i returned was marked down to r70 and the worse part is that whenever i go there you wait long in the queue and theres always only 2 people working the tills. Honeslty i will never buy from Mr price again. I can rather go spend my cash where i am appreciated.
