Bad customer service

I bought a phone on 2 September 2023 , on the 6th September it had a problem, went to shop for exchange they said they can't change it, while the 7 days trial hasn't reached, when on that week Friday they say they will book for it, on 15 September went for collection, find out they book it, so I am not happy at all with the treatment I got.
