Bad customer service

I received a very bad service on the 17 June 2022 at Sammy marks Pretoria CBD. Their paying que was very long and I understood that it was long weekend so people came in numbers to make purchases but what I didn't like was when I was about to pay Mr Joseph told me to go and verify my detail because my card look old/ it looks like it was tempered which I was not happy with his his suggestion because last two weeks I was at Mr Price church street and I didn't have any problem paying there. I waited almost 2 hours to get verified awaiting for call center people to answer their phones. The main reason I waited to get verified is that the way Mr Joseph spoke with me I felt as if I'm a ******* or something.
