Bad customer service

I came 5 minutes before they open at the store waited even though they could see that I’ve been standing outside they ignored and opened 5 minutes later . The entire staff was not helpful with anything I’ve been asking for and had to make my way around to Even though there was just 3 customers in the entire store. The worst was a teller named Thando Bothomane, I need you to check the camera footage if possible to see her attitude. She kept on speaking over me while I was trying to get through to her explaining my frustrations. She refused to even look at me while I was addressing her, I had to ask a number of times for her name and surname until her colleagues told me . Her attitude is not for customer service and she needs to be at the back NOT frontline I’m highly disappointed ☹️ Regards Mrs Malapane ***
