Bad customer service

I'm at Mr Price Menlyn as I'm writing not happy at all due wanting to exchange product that I bought on Wednesday at Mams Mall, and I misplaced my receipt had to wait close to an hour for them to exchange my item not happy at all, I will never buy anything from this store.
