Bad customer service

This is a complaint of how one of your staff treated a customer at your East rand mall branch. While I was paying for my goods at the till stood a lady next to me who was being served by Nelisa (name taken from her badge). Nelisa started making fun of the lady and together with her colleague was laughing and mocking her. The lady left in tears. The rest of us stood there and watched in disgust. This is such bad customer service. Please teach your staff how to treat customers. I personally will not be shopping at that store if that's how your staff treat people. What a shame.
